  1. I would like to be able to just see messages as a formal provider

    As a formal support in a member's networks, I would like to only see the Messages tab. Is that possible?

      Good Morning, this feature has just been implemented this morning! Now when you are invited to participate in a network, the network owner has the ability to invite you as a Limited role user meaning you only have access to the Messages tab. It allows you to take advantage of the secure messaging without the email activity generated by the other tabs. If you are already participating in networks, please let your network owners know you would like to have your role changed to “Limited”. Thanks for your feedback. We hope this new limited access role provides you the flexibility you were hoping for in Tyze.

        You have really ruined Tyze for me and my group of supporters. They are interested in my story and my thoughts and feeling. These are hard to express accurately in Twitter size chunks. I'm very disappointed in this new limitation.

          Thanks for your feedback on this item. We have recently increased the posting capacity to 10,000 characters. We hope this is beneficial to you and your network supporters. Thanks for your input.

          Hi, I will be changing my email address very soon, but can't see where I can change it. Could someone please assist? My current email address is "jim.job@comcast.net" and my NEW email is "netitmanager@gmail.com". My network is "Ric_n_Kath's Support Web". Thanks!

          • Notifications

            Part of what we like about Tyze is to avoid coordinating everything via e-mail – HOWEVER, the existing notification options are such that we either are inundated with e-mails (Immediate / Daily notifications) or do not receive notifications often enough (Weekly / Never).

            More flexible notification preferences would be appreciated. e.g.:

            - Categorize Notification preferences for CareWall posts and Events separately. That way, I can choose to receive, for ex, Immediate notifications for CareWall posts, but only weekly notifications for events.

            - The concierge should be able to designate events as "Important/Special" or not. Then, each user should have the option…

              Good Morning, this feature has now been implemented! You may now set your notification frequency settings by tab such as CareWall, Files, Calendar, Requests and Messages. Each tab may have its own notification frequency setting. For example, CareWall may be set to Daily, but files may be set to Weekly. We hope this feature provides you the flexibility you were hoping for. Thanks for the feedback!

              The network I would like to log into is Patrick's Network! (With exclamation point). How do I do this?
